The wiring methods of circuit breakers include front-panel, back-panel, plug-in and drawer. If the user has no special requirements, they will be supplied in front of the panel. Front-panel wiring is the most common wiring method.

1. Wiring behind the panel: The biggest feature of wiring behind the panel is that when replacing or repairing the circuit breaker, there is no need to rewire, just disconnect the front power supply. Due to the special structure, the product has been configured with a special mounting plate, mounting screws and wiring screws according to the design requirements when it leaves the factory. It is necessary to pay special attention to the reliability of the contact of the large-capacity circuit breaker, which will directly affect the normal use of the circuit breaker. Therefore, it must be paid attention to during installation and strictly installed according to the manufacturer’s requirements.

2. Plug-in wiring: On the mounting plate of the complete set of equipment, first install a mounting base for the circuit breaker, with 6 plugs on the mounting base and 6 sockets on the connection plate of the circuit breaker. There is a connection plate on the surface of the mounting base or bolts behind the mounting base, and the mounting base is pre-connected with the power cord and load line. When in use, plug the circuit breaker directly into the mounting base. If the circuit breaker is broken, just pull out the broken one and replace it with a good one. Its replacement time is shorter than the wiring before and after the board, and it is convenient. Because plugging and unplugging requires a certain amount of manpower. Therefore, the shell current of China’s plug-in products is limited to a maximum of 400A. This saves maintenance and replacement time. When installing the plug-in circuit breaker, check whether the plug of the circuit breaker is pressed tightly, and the circuit breaker should be securely fastened to reduce contact resistance and improve reliability.

 

3. Drawer-type wiring: The circuit breaker drawer is turned clockwise or counterclockwise by the rocker. The main circuit and secondary circuit are both plug-in structures, omitting the isolator required for the fixed type, so that one machine can be used for two purposes, which improves the economy of use, and brings great convenience to operation and maintenance, and increases safety and reliability. In particular, the main circuit contact holder of the drawer seat can be used interchangeably with the contact holder of the NT type fuse circuit breaker.
